Doo-Wop Returns to the Kean Theatre
Proceeds benefit St. Barnabas Free Care Fund

Gibsonia, Pa. - April 10, 2006 - Pittsburgh legends, Johnny Angel & The Halos return to the Kean Theatre, 5847 Meridian Road at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 for an encore performance. Tickets are $29 for general admission or $35 for Director's Circle seating, available by calling 724-444-KEAN (5326) or by visiting www.keantheatre.com.

One of Pittsburgh's greatest doo-wop bands, Johnny Angel & The Halos trace their history back nearly 40 years and have worked with legends such as Frankie Valli, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and Ray Charles. Comprised of seven gifted singers/musicians the band is known for its magnificent harmonies and entertaining performances. The Kean Theatre's intimate 350-seat setting guarantees each audience member the chance to see this Pittsburgh tradition up close.

The theatre is operated by St. Barnabas Charities, the fund-raising arm of St. Barnabas Health System. The Health System also includes St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas, The Arbors at St. Barnabas, The Village at St. Barnabas, The Woodlands at St. Barnabas, The Washington Place at St. Barnabas, and St. Barnabas Medical Center. Theatre proceeds benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund.
