Singers and dancers of all ages are invited to perform in the
seventh annual Kean Idol amateur talent contest coming to the stage of the Kean Theatre, 5847 Meridian Road in Gibsonia.
A new category has been added this year for adult vocal contestants age 19 and up.
Registration fee is $25 per registered act and contestants will be asked to sell 7 tickets to the performance. For more information, call (724) 443-0800, ext. 5310, email St. Barnabas Charities or register online.

Vocal and dance contestants will compete in one of the preliminary rounds to be held:
Tuesday, Feb. 16, Sound Check, 4-7 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 27, Vocal Round 1, 1 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 28, Vocal Round 2, 1 p.m.
Sunday, March 7, Adult Vocal, 1 p.m.
Tuesday, March 9, Sound Check, 4-7 p.m.
Sunday, March 14, Vocal Round 3, 1 p.m.
Sunday, March 14, Dance, 4 p.m.
Sunday, March 21, Vocal Semi-Final 1, 1 p.m.
Sunday, March 21, Vocal Semi-Final 2, 4 p.m.
Friday, March 26, Dance Finals, 7 p.m.
Friday, April 9, Vocal Finals, 7 p.m.

The top finalists from each round will advance to the semi-finals. The vocal and dance winners will be
named the Kean Idol (Audience Choice and Judges' Choice). Medals will be given in each round with the grand
prizes awarded to the vocal and dance finalists.
Tickets to the Kean Idol are $10. Proceeds from ticket
sales will benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund, which has provided more than $4.3 million to needy
patients at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas and The Arbors at St. Barnabas
who otherwise would not be able to afford their care.
